Soft washing vs. pressure washing: what's the difference?

"Pressure washing" gets used as a catch-all, but the right approach depends entirely on the surface. Use too much pressure on siding, stucco or a roof and you can strip paint, force water behind walls, or damage shingles. That's why we match the method to the material.

Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and is ideal for hard, durable surfaces like concrete driveways, sidewalks and some pavers, where you need real power to lift oil, rust and ground-in dirt.

Soft washing uses low pressure combined with a cleaning solution that breaks down algae, mold and mildew at the source. It's the safe choice for house siding, stucco, limestone, roofs and delicate surfaces.

On most homes we use a mix, soft washing the house and roof, and pressure washing the concrete. The goal is always the same: a clean result with zero damage to your property.
